Digital Assets in general are a highly speculative investment so care should be taken. Digital Assets are a relatively new asset class, they are not backed by a sovereign government or nation, in some cases they may be backed by physical or virtual assets and have no physical, easily transferrable form. The Digital Assets allowed on HootDex are solely project based and depend entirely on the public’s willingness to participate in that project. The regulatory framework to date is unsettled for Digital Assets and it is continually evolving. Technological advances and developments as well as other variables that may impact the digital asset markets are currently unpredictable.

Digital Asset Holders should have the financial flexibility, resources, and the risk tolerance for Digital Assets. Allocating a small portion of discretionary funds into any Digital Asset is the wisest choice.
